Piku

Terms of Use

Terms for Piku Browser and the pikubrowser.com website. Updated 21 September 2026.

Service provider

pikubrowser.com is operated by TARIK SUCU. Address: Maslak 1453, C8 Blok No 113, Sarıyer, İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]. pikubrowser.com is a service name, not a separate legal company.

Current service

Piku Browser provides web browsing and local browser tools. pikubrowser.com provides product and policy information. The former Live rankings, contribution APIs and search-diagnostic service have been discontinued. No popularity-data feed or commercial data licence is offered.

Your use

Use the browser and website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not disrupt the service, access private systems without permission or distribute malicious software. Downloads and saved content remain subject to the rights and restrictions applicable to that content. Legitimate security research must avoid accessing other people’s data or disrupting service.

External services

Websites, search engines, credential providers and other external services are operated independently. Their availability and terms may change. Browser protection cannot guarantee that every advertisement, malicious page or deceptive request will be blocked.

Software and content rights

Applicable open-source licences govern Piku Browser and its components; these Terms do not replace or restrict those licences. Third-party content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Keep copies of important local files and exports.

Availability and responsibility

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every website or device. Features may be revised or discontinued. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections, statutory data rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We publish material changes to these Terms. A policy change does not itself grant permission for new optional personal-data collection. Türkiye law applies to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections or competent courts available to consumers under applicable law. Contact [email protected] for service concerns.
